Thank you to everyone who attended Geoff's funeral, to the Reverend John Rise for taking the service and the assistance of relatives and friends who participated on the day and whose support is very much appreciated. Thank you also for the generous donations to Alzheimer's Research UK and The Salvation Army. Special thanks to all staff on Ward 306, Royal Derby Hospital and Ward 2 at The Florence Nightingale Community Hospital for their excellent care and kindness. Finally, grateful thanks to W Jones & Son for their very caring and professional service in making the arrangements for Geoff's funeral.
